Affiliate Network Management Manager (Creator Growth Business)

<h2><strong>We are looking for an Affiliate Network Manager to lead the growth, monetization, and scalability of our affiliate and creator ecosystem. Network Performance Ownership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as the <strong>primary owner of affiliate network GMV and GP targets</strong>.</li> <li>Design and execute creator recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention funnels.</li> <li>Connect network creators with affiliate t</li> <li>Tools (TAP, tracking links, product feeds) and integrate them into sales packages.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><strong>2. Holistic Strategy &amp; GMV Growth</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute the <strong>end-to-end affiliate network growth strategy</strong> for the market.</li> <li>Drive GMV through scalable initiatives across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and emerging service verticals (e.g., travel).</li> <li>Build a <strong>self-serve affiliate ecosystem</strong> where creators can independently select campaigns and drive performance.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with MCN and external creators to ensure a <strong>ready-to-work affiliate pool</strong>.</li> <li>Increase <strong>GMV per creator, activation rate, and retention</strong> through structured incubation programs.</li> <li>Experience or has an understanding of Self-serve Affiliate Platform eg. Budget &amp; Resource Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage assigned budgets and resources to maximize outcomes while controlling <strong>CIR and GP margin</strong>.</li> <li>Optimize incentive structures (CPS/CPA, bonuses) to balance scale and profitability.</li> <li><strong>Budget &amp; Resource Management:</strong> Manage the team's assigned budget and resources effectively to deliver the best possible outcomes while controlling the Cost-to-Income Ratio (CIR).</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><strong>4. Data-Driven Network Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee tracking and analysis of creator performance at both network and campaign levels.</li> <li>Use performance data (GMV, GPM, ERR, CVR, GP) to refine recruitment, tiering, and incentive models.</li> <li>Build scalable KPI frameworks for creator segmentation and productivity.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><strong>5.
