About the role

<h2><strong>We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Affiliate Strategist Manager to own the program's strategic direction, govern cross-functional alignment, and ensure the program delivers sustained, large-scale commercial growth. This role requires established expertise in the eCommerce ecosystem, a proven ability to translate complex data into high-impact, long-term strategies, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders (clients and internal leaders).</strong></h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Who We Are&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a <strong data-stringify-type="bold">two-sided</strong>&nbsp;service catering to both&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">'Content Creators'</strong>&nbsp;(including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">'Brands'&nbsp;</strong>who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">YouTube Reservation Ads</strong>&nbsp;for precise content targeting;&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Creator Utilization</strong>&nbsp;to build credibility and deliver targeted content;&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Affiliate Solution</strong>&nbsp;for performance-based eCommerce growth; and&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Production Services</strong>&nbsp;covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do </strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Define and own the strategic analytical framework</strong> and advanced analytical models for the entire affiliate program, guiding junior strategists to translate data into large-scale strategic growth initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Design and execute the overarching program strategy</strong> and new affiliate tiering/offering models, focusing on long-term sustainability and significant ROI growth.
