The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable casual AFL coaches to join our team in 2026. Coaches will deliver AFL programs within schools, after-school centres, and vacation care settings across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
The primary focus of this role is to inspire the next generation through fun, engaging, and skill-based games while fostering confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and enjoyable AFL coaching sessions
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Adapt sessions to suit varying ages and ability levels
Represent NLS professionally within schools and community settings
