Aftermarket Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment

🔥 WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS
- Service Agreements (CSA)
- Parts revenue growth
- Preventing downtime before it happens
- Building long-term customer relationships
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAY-TO-DAY)
- Walk customer sites and identify equipment risk before failure
- Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
- Grow parts + service revenue across your territory
- Build relationships with operators, technicians, and leadership
- Prospect new business through daily field activity
- 15 in-person touchpoints/day
- 5 outbound calls/day
💰 COMPENSATION (READ THIS TWICE)
- $40,000 Base Salary
- Uncapped Commission (Parts + Service + Contracts)
- Quarterly + performance bonuses
- $800/month auto 🚗 + phone allowance 📞

🧲 YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Sales experience in industrial, parts, service, or equipment environments
- Mechanical awareness (you can “see” problems early)
- Comfort with cold outreach + field prospecting
- A valid driver’s license
- A track record of working independently
