【关于这个岗位】 我们正在寻找一位具备平台化产品思维的 AI Agent 平台产品 Owner，负责建设能够支持公司不同业务场景的通用 AI Agent 平台。 该岗位不聚焦智能客服、对话机器人、文生图等单一 AI 应用，而是通过工作流编排、工具接入、知识库、模型管理及 Agent 评测等平台能力，帮助不同业务团队高效创建、部署和运营 AI Agent。 我们希望候选人是团队中的“腰部核心力量”：既能独立负责产品方向和结果，也能深入一线推动落地；具备 Owner 意识，但不要求承担大型团队管理职责。 【你会做什么】 作为产品 Owner，独立负责 AI Agent 平台的产品规划、路线图及落地结果。 深入理解不同业务团队的需求，识别共性场景，并沉淀为标准化、可复用的平台能力。 设计 Agent 创建、配置、调试、评测、发布、监控及持续优化的完整产品流程。 规划并推动工作流编排、多 Agent 协作、任务拆解与智能路由等核心能力。 建设 Tool Calling、API、插件及 MCP 工具接入体系。 推动企业知识库、RAG、记忆、上下文管理及模型路由能力建设。 完善权限控制、数据安全、…
