As an Agent in Training, you will play a pivotal role in increasing revenue, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and nurturing a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities

As an Agent in Training, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

  • Conducting client consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

  • Selling and cross-selling insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and policy reviews

  • Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, contributing to overall agency growth

  • Staying current on product knowledge and compliance requirements

  • Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals

  • Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about sales, proactive, and professional. The ideal Agent in Training will have:

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals

  • A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

  • Bilingual abilities (a plus)
