Previous sales experience or a consistent record of meeting goals is required.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new prospects into loyal policyholders
Advise clients on insurance options tailored to their unique needs
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships with continuous support
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth
Organize leads and track engagement using CRM software
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
