Senior Agent Product Manager

<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>You will operate as a forward-deployed product owner embedded with customers—responsible for identifying high-impact problems, designing AI agent workflows, and driving them into production. You own both defining the right solution and ensuring it is delivered successfully.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer execution.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Scope and prioritize use cases:</strong> Work directly with customers to identify high-impact automation opportunities across workflows</li> <li><strong>Lead discovery and design workshops:</strong> Uncover pain points, map processes, and define clear problem statements and success criteria</li> <li><strong>Design agent workflows:</strong> Translate business needs into structured agent behaviors, requirements, and system logic</li> <li><strong>Own end-to-end execution:</strong> Drive delivery across engineering, customers, and internal teams</li> <li><strong>Coordinate delivery:</strong> Manage sequencing, dependencies, and timelines to ensure steady, predictable progress</li> <li><strong>Manage risk and quality:</strong> Surface risks early, propose mitigations, and maintain high delivery standards</li> <li><strong>Drive iteration and outcomes:</strong> Monitor performance post-launch and refine solutions based on real-world usage</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <p><strong>Must have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)</li> <li>4–7 years of experience in customer-facing or hybrid roles (product, solutions, implementation, consulting)</li> <li>Experience leading discovery sessions or workshops and translating business needs into structured requirements</li> <li>Strong execution skills with ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies</li> <li>Analytical and structured problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with AI/ML products, automation tools, or workflow systems</li> <li>Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries</li> <li>Familiarity with prompt engineering or agent-based systems</li> <li>Exposure to product or service design methodologies</li> </ul> <p>Salary for Agent Product Manager roles range from $160,000–$235,000, depending on level, experience, and location.</p> <p></p>
