<p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Call Center Agent (#21647) </strong>with the following skill set.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone calls, email, and chat, providing timely and high-quality support.</li>
<li>Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.</li>
<li>Accurately document customer interactions, follow up on cases, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.</li>
<li>Meet service performance metrics, maintain customer satisfaction, and stay updated on internal processes, products, and services.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or customer support roles.</li>
<li>Mandatory B2 English level with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Experience providing support through phone, email, and chat channels.</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM or similar tools.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet service-level objectives and KPIs.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Availability to work onsite at Av. Reforma #342, Mexico City, full-time Monday to Friday.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Service-oriented attitude with empathy and adaptability.</li>
<li>Experience working in high-volume customer support environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with customer service performance metrics and quality standards.</li>
</ul>
