We are offering a great work experience, onsite, in Lisbon, for a role as a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Agent for a Airline Company.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver customer support via calls, emails, and chat
• Handle information and sales inquiries, as well as complaints
• Manage sensitive customer cases, including those escalated by regulatory bodies
• Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations
• Support back-office operations: ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations
• Provide real-time, accurate information to help customers make informed decisions
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering memorable, positive experiences
• Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service in the same role (mandatory)
- Spanish C1 + English B2
- Previous experience as a tourism or travel representative is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, combined with empathy and a collaborative team spirit.
- Prior experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is preferred.
- Flexibility and availability to work on rotational shifts."
