<p><span data-contrast="none">We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Tech Lead based in </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Australia</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> who is ready to step in and make an immediate impact. You will lead the technical execution of enterprise automation programs on the </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Microsoft Power Platform</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> ecosystem, spanning Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, while designing and deploying AI-powered Copilot agents that genuinely transform the way businesses operate.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">You'll be the technical authority on client engagements, mentoring a high-performing team of engineers and acting as the bridge between complex business challenges and brilliant technical execution. You'll also be the founding technical voice for Roboyo's Microsoft Power Platform practice in Australia, shaping how we deliver, what standards we set, and how the team grows</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise automation solutions on </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Power Automate</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> (cloud and desktop flows), </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Power Apps</span></strong><span data-contrast="none">, and </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Microsoft Copilot Studio</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Design and deploy </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Copilot agents and AI-assisted workflows</span></strong><span data-contrast="none">, integrating them into core business functions via Microsoft 365, Teams, and Dataverse</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Define and establish Power Platform delivery frameworks, governance standards, and CoE practices, including ALM, CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, coding standards, and testing frameworks — to be adopted across the practice</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Own the full delivery pipeline, from requirements and architecture through to testing, deployment, and hypercare, within scope, budget, and timeline</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of automation engineers and business analysts</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Act as the trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, conducting workshops, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and navigating architectural decisions with confidence</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Manage post-deployment incident resolution, performance optimisation, and handover to managed services</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">8+ years in automation, consulting, or related technical leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to translate that experience into enterprise </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Microsoft Power Platform</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> deliveries (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated experience establishing or maturing automation delivery frameworks, best practices, or CoE governance, not just operating within existing ones</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Proven experience with </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Microsoft Copilot Studio</span></strong><span data-contrast="none">, custom agent design, topic architecture, and enterprise data source integration</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Track record as a Technical Lead, with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams on client-facing engagements</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong ALM and CI/CD knowledge using </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Azure DevOps</span></strong><span data-contrast="none">, including environment management, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing non-technical executives</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
