The Agile Coach will play a critical role in ensuring alignment, synchronizing multiple teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Must understand release frequency and work closely with the Release Manager.</p> <p>Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) to identify and address cross-team impediments and ensure effective coordination among teams, escalating to management when needed.</p> <p>Oversee the Product Owner Sync (PO Sync) to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support timely delivery of features.</p> <p>Conduct the Inspect &amp; Adapt (I&amp;A) workshops at the end of each PI, identifying systemic issues and driving continuous improvement across the ART.</p> <p>Manage regular ART Syncs with key stakeholders to communicate progress, assess program risks, and ensure strategic alignment.</p> <hr> <h4><strong>Agile Coaching and Culture Building:</strong></h4> <p>Act as an Agile Coach for teams within the ART, providing guidance on SAFe principles, Lean-Agile practices, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Champion Agile values and ensure adherence to SAFe processes, while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.</p> <p>Support and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other Agile team members in refining their practices to optimize team performance.</p> <hr> <h4><strong>Risk and Dependency Management:</strong></h4> <p>Proactively manage and resolve program-level risks, impediments, and dependencies in collaboration with team leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.</p> <p>Utilize data and feedback to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain a smooth flow of work throughout the ART.</p> <hr> <h4><strong>Stakeholder Alignment and Communication:</strong></h4> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Management, Solution Architects, and Business Owners to ensure clear communication of priorities and alignment with organizational strategic goals.</p> <p>Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing visibility into ART progress, escalating issues as necessary, and managing expectations.</p> <hr> <h4><strong>Metrics and Continuous Improvement:</strong></h4> <p>Utilize key metrics to track ART performance, identify trends, and inform actions that improve team and program effectiveness.</p> <p>Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and data to optimize processes and remove inefficiencies within the ART.</p> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Must have qualifications</span></strong></h3> <div><hr> <p><span data-contrast="auto">To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role within Agile frameworks (preferably SAFe), with experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in similar roles supporting large-scale Agile delivery.</li> <li>Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with an in-depth understanding of Lean-Agile principles and practices.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage metrics to drive improvements.</li> <li>Experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar Agile project management platforms.</li> </ul> </div> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Nice to have qualifications </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> SAFe certification preferred (e.g., SPC); additional Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span class="TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW105898609 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW105898609 BCX0">If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
