Coach the team on SCRUM principles and best practices to enhance their effectiveness and self-organisation.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Risk &amp; Dependency Management:</strong>&nbsp;Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, impediments, and dependencies. Work across squads and with other&nbsp;<span class="markjw62bpbh5" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Delivery</span>&nbsp;<span class="mark7uy3jfvng" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Manager</span>s to resolve blockers and ensure a smooth flow of work.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Planning &amp; Forecasting:</strong>&nbsp;Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering leads to create realistic&nbsp;<span class="markjw62bpbh5" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">delivery</span>&nbsp;plans, forecasts, and timelines. Ensure the team's workload is sustainable and that expectations are managed effectively.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Stakeholder Communication &amp; Reporting:</strong>&nbsp;Serve as the key point of contact for&nbsp;<span class="markjw62bpbh5" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">delivery</span>&nbsp;status. Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to stakeholders and leadership, using metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, burn-down charts) to report on progress and team health.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Continuous Process Improvement:</strong>&nbsp;Drive a culture of relentless improvement by analysing team metrics and facilitating retrospectives. Implement process changes that increase predictability, quality, and team morale.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Keep up to date with emerging industry practices and focus on improving the&nbsp;<span class="markjw62bpbh5" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">delivery</span>&nbsp;processes&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">&nbsp;</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;7+ years of experience in a relevant role such as Scrum Master, Agile Project&nbsp;<span class="mark7uy3jfvng" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Manager</span>, or&nbsp;<span class="markjw62bpbh5" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Delivery</span>&nbsp;Lead within a software development environment.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Agile Expertise:</strong>&nbsp;Deep, hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles. You should be able to adapt practices to fit the team's context, not just follow them by the book.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Project Management Fundamentals:</strong>&nbsp;Strong skills in project management disciplines, including risk management, dependency tracking, planning, and stakeholder communication.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Technical Acumen:</strong>&nbsp;A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including modern CI/CD practices, to facilitate effective conversations with engineering teams.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Tools Proficiency:</strong>&nbsp;Expert-level user of Jira, Confluence, or similar agile management tools to manage backlogs, create reports, and track progress.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Leadership &amp; Influence:</strong>&nbsp;Proven ability to lead and motivate teams without direct authority. You are a facilitator, a coach, and a driver of outcomes.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
