This role is responsible for guiding, motivating, and leading a software development team. Technical expertise, strategic experience, and strong leadership skills are all expected from this important role. The Agile Delivery Specialist&nbsp;will help our Products Team accomplish its goals and directly impact our ability to accomplish our mission by helping to deliver our software products to the marketplace.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></div> </div> <ul> <li>Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies&nbsp;</li> <li>Support 2-4 Agile Development teams</li> <li>Oversee process and coach the team; ensure the process is followed</li> <li>Document and communicate expectations, investigate problems, and drive team to resolutions</li> <li>Guide and share team-oriented behaviors and interactions&nbsp;</li> <li>Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure full team engagement</li> <li>Remove impediments</li> <li>Report on team KPIs</li> <li>Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports</li> <li>Interfaces with product leadership regarding status of deadlines, throughput metrics, and roadmap progress</li> <li>Recommend&nbsp;and oversee process improvements</li> <li>Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards</li> <li>Provide expertise in Agile and understands the principles of Product leadership</li> <li>Possess a comprehensive understanding of how Sales, Services, Support, and Products work together to contribute toward achieving business objectives</li> <li>Directly impact the business by influencing strategic process decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services</li> <li>Act as an advisor or coach to newer members of the team</li> <li>Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions</li> <li>Persuade and influence others through comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>What You Bring:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>CSM/PSM 1 Certification preferred</li> <li>Previous work experience in Business analysis and/or product engineering</li> <li>2 years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field</li> <li>Certified Scrum Master or comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and principles</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Strong communication written/verbal skills</li> <li>Previous experience in leading/managing business processes within a software as a service (SaaS) model is preferred</li> <li>Previous experience using NetSuite is desired but not necessary&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> <div><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><em><strong>Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status).&nbsp;This is not a remote role, selected candidate will be required to be in the office.</strong></em></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><em><strong>General&nbsp;Information:&nbsp;The above noted job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities that may be assigned, but rather to give personnel so classified a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of the job.
