<p>The Agriculture Sales Representative is a professional sales position focused on selling <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">agricultural equipment</span></strong> through diverse sales strategies and connecting with prospective customers within your assigned territory. Successful sales representatives build long-lasting relationships, assist customers with equipment management, and act as trusted resources when resolving product issues.</p>
<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience with heavy <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>agricultur</strong></span><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">al equipment required.</span></strong></li>
<li>Proven sales success, achieving or exceeding goals.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve individual and branch goals.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Clear and concise communication.</li>
<li>Strong sense of urgency with effective time and territory management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively identify and engage prospective customers, offering assistance or direction to anyone who could benefit from our products or services.</li>
<li>Assist customers with questions and listen carefully to their needs.</li>
<li>Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospective customers.</li>
<li>Describe all equipment options available for customer purchases.</li>
<li>Interact with customers at their place of business.</li>
<li>Build strong rapport and lifelong relationships with customers.</li>
<li>Effectively overcome objections, close sales, and follow all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.</li>
<li>Actively use and update the Client Relationship Management System (CRM).</li>
