<h2>Overview</h2>
<p>Moonshot builds the power infrastructure that makes AI possible. Our equipment goes into the largest AI datacenter deployments in the country, powering the models behind ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Now we are turning that same technology inward to become the premier adopter of AI and modern software in manufacturing. As Technology Adoption Specialist, you are the person who makes that real for every team in the building. You sit with departments, map how they actually work today, identify where better tooling and process create leverage, and then deploy the training and documentation that makes adoption stick. This role is equal parts business analyst, technical trainer, and process documentarian. It is hands-on by design and crosses every department.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ol>
<li><strong>Workflow Analysis and Process Documentation:</strong> Spend time with every department understanding how work gets done today. Map current-state workflows, identify gaps and friction points, and translate what you learn into clear, usable process documentation. This is the foundation everything else builds on. You are not just observing; you are synthesizing what you find into structured materials that the organization can act on and train from.</li>
<li><strong>Training and Enablement:</strong> Design and deliver training that meets people where they are, from someone in purchasing learning to use AI tools for the first time, to an engineer learning how to get more out of the ERP system. Build training materials, run workshops, and provide one-on-one support. The goal is durable behavior change, not a one-time session.</li>
<li><strong>Software and AI Tool Deployment:</strong> Assist with implementation of technology tools across the organization, including AI platforms and business software. Get tools into people's hands, build integrations where needed, and ensure new capabilities fit into existing workflows rather than creating additional work. Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT or Claude enterprise, and similar platforms is expected.</li>
<li><strong>Business Systems Fluency:</strong> Develop a working understanding of Moonshot's core systems, including the ERP platform and Microsoft 365 environment, deep enough to teach others, identify usage gaps, and provide informed input on how those systems should work. You do not need to be a developer, but you need to be technically credible enough to troubleshoot, configure, and partner effectively with IT and software teams.</li>
<li><strong>Adoption Tracking:</strong> Measure whether tools and processes are actually being used after rollout. Track adoption rates, gather feedback, and iterate. A tool nobody uses and a document nobody reads are both failed deployments, regardless of how good the underlying work was.</li>
<li><strong>Gap Identification and Prioritization:</strong> Start from a prioritized list of known opportunities, then build toward independently identifying gaps the business has not yet named. Surface what is working, what is not, and where the organization is not yet ready. Bring ground-level reality back to the Director of Digital Transformation to help shape where the team focuses next.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years in technology implementation, software adoption, digital transformation, or a related field with a CS or technical foundation</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience training and enabling non-technical users on business technology tools</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with AI adoption or AI tool deployment in a business environment</li>
<li>Experience in a business analyst capacity: mapping workflows, documenting processes, and translating operational reality into structured training or system guidance</li>
<li>ERP experience is a plus; platform does not matter</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with AI and automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, or similar tools</li>
<li>Strong technical writing and documentation ability; you can turn a messy workflow into a clear process document that someone else can train from</li>
<li>Teaching instinct and communication clarity; you can explain a complex system to someone who has never used it and make them confident, not just informed</li>
<li>Business analysis capability; you can walk into a department, ask the right questions, and come out with an accurate picture of how work actually flows</li>
<li>Patient, persistent, and practical; adoption is a people and process problem, not just a technology problem</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Technical writing, instructional design, or change management credentials are a plus</li>
</ul>
