<p><strong>What We Need</strong></p>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="line-height: 2;">Strong background in Machine Learning for predictive analytics and intelligent decision support.</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="line-height: 2;">Hands-on expertise with AI agent technologies, LLMs, and NLP — integration experience, not just theoretical knowledge.</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="line-height: 2;">Demonstrated ability to manage the full automation project lifecycle: scoping, building, deploying, and iterating.</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="line-height: 2;">Strong understanding of data cleaning, governance, and discipline — you know bad data kills good automation.</li>
