AI Automation Specialist

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, recommend, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency across client operations. This role focuses on analyzing client service models, identifying automation opportunities, and building AI-powered workflows and agents with appropriate human oversight. The ideal candidate is analytical, automation-focused, and capable of translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyze client workflows, service models, and operational processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Understand client environments, tools, and requirements to recommend appropriate AI solutions.

• Design automation approaches that balance efficiency with necessary human oversight.

AI Tools & Automation Development

• Recommend and implement AI tools, platforms, and agents based on business needs.

• Build and configure automation workflows to streamline repetitive and manual tasks.

• Develop AI-assisted processes for operations, customer support, and internal workflows.

Integration & Implementation

• Support integration of AI solutions into client systems and operational environments.

• Ensure smooth adoption of automation tools across teams and processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and maintain automation solutions.

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor performance of AI solutions and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

• Identify gaps and support continuous improvement of automation processes.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and technologies.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business goals.

• Provide support during implementation and adoption phases.

• Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in automation, process improvement, AI-related roles, or relevant projects.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of workflow automation and operational processes.

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms).

• Familiarity with automation tools or platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar).

• Ability to analyze workflows and support automation implementation.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Exposure to APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools is a plus.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage tasks independently.
