Job Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, recommend, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency across client operations. This role focuses on analyzing client service models, identifying automation opportunities, and building AI-powered workflows and agents with appropriate human oversight. The ideal candidate is analytical, automation-focused, and capable of translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze client workflows, service models, and operational processes to identify automation opportunities.
Understand client environments, tools, and requirements to recommend appropriate AI solutions.
Design automation approaches that balance efficiency with necessary human oversight.
AI Tools & Automation Development
Recommend and implement AI tools, platforms, and agents based on business needs.
Build and configure automation workflows to streamline repetitive and manual tasks.
Develop AI-assisted processes for operations, customer support, and internal workflows.
Integration & Implementation
Support integration of AI solutions into client systems and operational environments.
Ensure smooth adoption of automation tools across teams and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and maintain automation solutions.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Monitor performance of AI solutions and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Identify gaps and support continuous improvement of automation processes.
Stay updated on emerging AI tools and technologies.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business goals.
Provide support during implementation and adoption phases.
Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in automation, process improvement, AI-related roles, or relevant projects.
Basic to intermediate understanding of workflow automation and operational processes.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms).
Familiarity with automation tools or platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar).
Ability to analyze workflows and support automation implementation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exposure to APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage tasks independently.
