font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The <strong>AI Business Partner</strong> acts as the front door between business units and the AI builders/developers, helping shape AI use cases, requirements, and success criteria before anything is built.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead discovery with business stakeholders to clarify problem statements, users, workflows, constraints, and desired outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Translate business needs into actionable requirements (success metrics, data needs, integration points, acceptance criteria) and support prioritization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with AI Developers to shape solution approach, manage tradeoffs (scope, risk, cost), and ensure readiness for build and release.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive adoption and change management (communications, enablement, stakeholder feedback loops) to maximize realized value.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Measure and report impact and track ROI from pilot through scale.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
