AI Creative and Technology Specialist - WM Creative

We are looking for an innovative AI Creative & Technology Specialist to help our agency leverage AI across creative production, workflow automation, content development, and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid creative and technical role suited to someone who is passionate about emerging AI technologies and can translate them into practical solutions that improve client outcomes, internal productivity, and agency innovation.

AI Strategy & Innovation:

● Identify opportunities to integrate AI into agency services and operations.

● Research, test, and recommend emerging AI tools and technologies.

● Stay up to date with developments across generative AI, automation, and creative technology.

Creative AI Production:

● Support teams in using AI for content creation, ideation, design, video, and campaign development.

● Develop prompts, workflows, and best practices for creative teams.

● Assist with AI-generated content production and quality assurance.

Automation & Workflow Optimisation:

● Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency.

● Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.

● Build integrations between AI platforms and agency systems where appropriate. Internal Capability Building

● Train and support staff in the effective use of AI tools.

● Develop AI policies, processes, and governance frameworks.

● Create documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.

Client-Facing Innovation:

● Contribute to AI-related client projects and proposals.

● Identify opportunities to introduce AI-enhanced services.

● Help develop new products and service offerings leveraging AI.

Requirements:

● Experience working with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Make, Zapier, or similar technologies.

● Strong understanding of marketing, content, creative production, and digital workflows.

● Ability to combine creative thinking with technical problem-solving.

● Experience building automations, workflows, or AI-powered solutions.

● Excellent communication and training skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Equipment is self-provided

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
