Their mission is to push the boundaries of creative expression through AI-powered media production.</p> <p>We are seeking a senior-level creative professional to lead our AI content production team.&nbsp;This role combines hands-on AI content creation with project management and client&nbsp;collaboration responsibilities.</p> <p>As a Senior AI Creator &amp; Creative Lead, you will be the driving force behind our AI-powered&nbsp;creative projects. You'll bridge the gap between creative vision and execution, managing client&nbsp;relationships, coordinating production workflows, and producing high-quality AI-generated&nbsp;content. This is a player-coach role where you'll lead by example while guiding a team of AI&nbsp;creators.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Client &amp; Project Management (40%):</li> <ul> <li>Serve as primary creative contact for B2B clients, translating their vision into actionable project briefs</li> <li>Manage end-to-end project workflows from scoping to delivery</li> <li>Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery</li> <li>Conduct client presentations and creative reviews</li> <li>Scope projects accurately and set realistic expectations with clients</li> <li>Track project progress using project management tools (Monday, Asana, or similar) creation</li> </ul> <li>Hands-On AI Content Creation (40%):</li> <ul> <li>Lead the creation of AI-generated content including illustrations, animations, and video projects</li> <li>Develop innovative storytelling techniques that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies</li> <li>Execute AI ads and immersive media experiences from concept to completion</li> <li>Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables</li> <li>Stay at the forefront of AI developments and integrate new tools/techniques into production workflows</li> <li>Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize AI workflows for efficiency</li> </ul> <li>Team Leadership &amp; Development (20%):</li> <ul> <li>Mentor and guide junior AI creators on best practices and techniques</li> <li>Establish creative quality standards and production workflows</li> <li>Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback</li> <li>Contribute to hiring decisions and team skill development</li> <li>Lead brainstorming sessions and foster a collaborative creative culture</li> <li>Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for AI content production</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-8 years of experience in video production, motion design, animation, or related creative fields</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Creative Media, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Film Production, or related field</li> <li>Experience building creative workflows or production pipelines</li> <li>B2B client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients</li> <li>Portfolio demonstrating strong creative output and visual storytelling skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced proficiency in generative AI tools (MidJourney, RunwayML, Pika, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Sora, or similar)</li> <li>Expert-level video editing skills (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)</li> <li>Strong understanding of 2D/3D animation workflows</li> <li>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies</li> <li>Comfortable with rapid iteration and adapting to new AI technologies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong plus)</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset with ability to work autonomously</li> <li>Creative vision combined with practical execution skills</li> <li>Collaborative team player who can also work independently</li> </ul>
