Junior AI Developer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior AI Developer to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and eager to gain hands-on experience working on real-world AI solutions. You will work closely with senior developers, data scientists, and product teams to design, develop, and improve AI-powered applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning models
• Support data preparation tasks such as data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis
• Implement basic machine learning algorithms under guidance from senior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Assist in integrating AI models into applications or systems
• Participate in model training, evaluation, and performance tuning
• Document code, experiments, and development processes
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (preferred) or Java
• Basic knowledge of ML libraries or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be Batangas-based and amenable to working in a hybrid setup
