Founded in 2016, Systemiq has grown to a global team of more than 300 people across Brazil, France, Germany, Indonesia, Kenya, the Netherlands, the UK and the US, united by a singular focus on sustainability.</p> <p></p></div><p>This role leads that effort.</p> <p><strong>AI ENABLEMENT Lead</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> London (preferred) or Amsterdam <br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Chief Operating Officer (COO)</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>The AI Enablement Lead will drive Systemiq’s internal adoption of AI through training, capability building, tool deployment, and coordination across the organisation.</p> <p>This role focuses on:</p> <ul> <li>Building AI fluency and confidence across all teams</li> <li>Owning the internal roadmap for AI tools and use cases</li> <li>Supporting platforms in identifying and prioritising AI opportunities</li> <li>Ensuring AI becomes part of everyday work at Systemiq</li> </ul> <p>This is <em>not</em> a technical AI development or commercial sales role. The purpose is to help Systemiq’s people use AI effectively, safely, and at scale.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>AI Enablement, Training &amp; Capability Building</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead an internal cross-functional AI Champions programme, building a strong internal community</li> <li>Design and deliver AI training for advisory and operations teams across all levels (associates, managers, directors/leadership)</li> <li>Develop playbooks, learning pathways, and use-case guides</li> <li>Shape a culture of responsible experimentation and everyday AI use</li> <li>Partner with the Academy to embed AI capability into formal learning programmes</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI Roadmap &amp; Tool Deployment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the internal AI tool roadmap in partnership with IT</li> <li>Prioritise high-impact use cases and guide pilots and scale implementation of use case adoption with new and existing AI tools</li> <li>Gather requirements from teams, translate into IT specifications</li> <li>Ensure tools meet standards for safety, privacy, and responsible use</li> </ul> <p><strong>Platform Support &amp; Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with platform leadership to identify AI opportunities</li> <li>Help connect use cases, learnings and best practices across teams</li> <li>Maintain visibility of AI activities and progress across the business</li> <li>Provide light-touch strategic input to support platform-led AI mobilisation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with IT, Academy, Analytiq, and Knowledge teams</li> <li>Support the COO with updates, reporting, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Ensure governance, safe use, and consistency in AI adoption across Systemiq</li> </ul> <p><strong>What This Role Is <em>Not</em></strong></p> <p>This role does <strong>not</strong> include:</p> <ul> <li>Building technical AI solutions</li> <li>Selling AI offerings or leading BD</li> <li>Leading client-facing AI product development</li> <li>Developing models, tools or platforms (owned by Analytiq)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <p><strong>Core Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in capability building, digital adoption or change management</li> <ul> <li>4–6+ years of relevant experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, change management, technology adoption, or related fields</li> </ul> <li>Excellent communicator and trainer; able to simplify complex concepts</li> <li>Strong understanding of modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, workflow tools)</li> <li>Experience partnering across functions (IT, L&amp;D, analytics, business teams)</li> <li>Ability to create structure, prioritise, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as technology, digital transformation, analytics, sustainability, business, or related disciplines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in consulting, sustainability, analytics or digital transformation</li> <li>Familiarity with responsible AI principles and AI governance</li> <li>Exposure to enterprise AI tools or workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why this role matters</strong></p> <p>AI adoption will be one of the biggest enablers of Systemiq’s 2026–2028 strategy.
