About the role
Our client is seeking an AI Engagement & Partnerships Lead to support the growth of its partner ecosystem across Europe while acting as a key point of contact for clients. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Client Success, Product, and Delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships, supporting partner success, gathering market and client feedback, and ensuring alignment between commercial commitments and operational delivery.
This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving initiatives forward in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Development & Growth
Identify, engage, onboard, and support strategic partners, including resellers, integrators, and technology partners across Europe.
Develop and maintain a healthy partner pipeline.
Ensure partners have the resources, guidance, and support needed to successfully promote and implement the company's solutions.
Foster long-term relationships that contribute to business growth and market expansion.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partner-related queries.
Coordinate responses and resolutions across internal teams.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Product & Market Feedback
Collect structured feedback from partners and clients regarding product usage, challenges, requests, and opportunities.
Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for internal product and leadership teams.
Help ensure product development priorities remain aligned with customer needs.
Delivery Coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects, implementations, and partner initiatives remain on track.
Monitor timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Identify potential risks or issues early and drive appropriate resolutions.
Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and managed across all stakeholders.
Partner Enablement & Documentation
Maintain and update partner resources, training materials, playbooks, and client-facing documentation.
Ensure all materials accurately reflect current products, services, and processes.
Support the continuous improvement of partner onboarding and enablement initiatives.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Client Success, Account Management, or a related field.
Previous experience within a SaaS, technology, software, or digital services environment will be considered an advantage.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how partnerships contribute to business growth.
Ability to gather, analyse, and communicate feedback effectively across multiple teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Additional European languages will be considered an asset.
A genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
