AI Engineer Lead

<p><strong><em>Job Responsibilities in a nutshell:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop strategies for the deployment and use of AI within the company.</li> <li>Track the use of AI for personal productivity and use it to evangelize to others inside and outside of the company, showing that we use AI effectively.</li> <li>Work to establish policy for the safe use of AI for developers and citizen developers.</li> <li>Establish lightweight processes to evaluate new AI tools coming into the company for suitability of purpose and corporate standards, including security standards.</li> <li>Work with other product managers to embed AI features into existing and new products.</li> <li>Develop training programs for staff on effective and safe usage of AI tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Capabilities</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Essential Qualifications</em></strong></p> <p><em>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field</em><em>Minimum 4 years of experience operating as a product manager, technical evangelist, or in a similar strategic technology role.</em><em>Demonstrated ability to advocate for new technologies and drive organizational change and adoption.</em><em>Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively evangelize AI usage both internally to staff and externally to clients/partners.</em><em>Experience in developing cross-functional policies and training programs</em><em>Proven experience in researching new technologies and techniques for applying technology</em><em>Experience in engaging with Senior Management to gain consensus and sponsorship for key initiatives</em><em>As this role is regional in nature, strong command of written and spoken English is required. Good command of the Thai language is a strong plus.</em></p> <p><strong><em><br></em></strong><strong><em><br></em></strong><strong><em>Technical &amp; Industry Knowledge</em></strong></p> <p><em>Deep understanding of current AI tools, generative AI technologies, agent systems, and emerging ecosystem trends.</em><em>Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and ethical considerations surrounding corporate AI deployment.</em><em>Ability to establish evaluation frameworks and lightweight governance processes for new technology adoption.</em><em>Familiarity with the software development lifecycle to effectively collaborate with developers and technical product managers.</em></p>
