You will play a key role in bringing <strong>secure, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions to production</strong> using AWS cloud technologies.</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with <strong>software engineers, architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams</strong> to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences</p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <h3><strong>1. Solution Design &amp; Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of <strong>scalable, secure, and high-performance applications</strong>.</li> <li>Architect robust backend systems and integrate them with frontend applications and third-party services.</li> <li>Drive technical decisions and participate in design reviews alongside senior engineers and architects.</li> <li>Build <strong>generative AI-powered applications</strong>, including: <ul> <li>Agentic workflows (multi-step AI agents using tools)</li> <li>Intelligent chat interfaces for employee benefits guidance</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <strong>2. System Decomposition &amp; Iterative Delivery</strong> <ul> <li>Break down complex systems into <strong>manageable components and deliverables</strong>.</li> <li>Lead <strong>prototyping efforts</strong> to validate assumptions and reduce risk.</li> <li>Own technical scoping and execution planning for features.</li> </ul> <strong>3. Product Ownership &amp; Lifecycle Management</strong> <ul> <li>Take end-to-end ownership from <strong>prototype to production and ongoing operations</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure systems are <strong>reliable, scalable, maintainable, and performant</strong>.</li> <li>Identify and proactively resolve <strong>technical debt</strong>.</li> </ul> <strong>4. Observability &amp; Reliability</strong> <ul> <li>Implement <strong>logging, monitoring, and tracing</strong> across services.</li> <li>Define and maintain <strong>SLOs/SLAs</strong> for critical systems.</li> <li>Ensure real-time visibility to detect anomalies and ensure system health.</li> </ul> <strong>5. Deployment &amp; Release Management</strong> <ul> <li>Build and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).</li> <li>Ensure <strong>automated and reliable deployments</strong>.</li> <li>Promote best practices for deployment and release processes.</li> </ul> <strong>6. Code Quality, Testing &amp; Performance</strong> <ul> <li>Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.</li> <li>Lead code reviews and establish quality standards.</li> <li>Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.</li> <li>Optimize APIs and backend systems for <strong>performance and scalability</strong>.</li> </ul> <strong>7. Cloud &amp; Security</strong> <ul> <li>Design and deploy applications on <strong>AWS cloud</strong>, including: <strong>S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge</strong></li> <li>Ensure <strong>secure handling of sensitive data</strong>.</li> <li>Support <strong>security reviews, compliance audits</strong>, and mitigation efforts.</li> </ul> <strong>8. Generative AI &amp; Agentic Systems</strong> <ul> <li>Build <strong>agentic AI workflows</strong> enabling autonomous multi-step task execution.</li> <li>Develop <strong>LLM-powered chat systems</strong> with contextual and intelligent interactions.</li> <li>Implement core AI capabilities: <ul> <li>Prompt engineering</li> <li>Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)</li> <li>Tool/function calling</li> <li>Memory management</li> <li>Agent orchestration</li> </ul> </li> <li>Evaluate and leverage frameworks like: <ul> <li>LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Amazon Bedrock Agents</li> </ul> </li> <li>Partner with product and data teams to drive <strong>automation and personalization</strong> through AI.</li> </ul> <strong>9.
