<p>We are looking for a <strong>builder-oriented AI Engineer</strong> to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that solve real business problems and deliver measurable value.</p>
<p>This role is focused on <strong>bringing AI into production</strong> – not training models or conducting research. You will work directly with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into scalable AI applications, including AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows.</p>
<p>Success in this role looks like <strong>AI solutions deployed into production that drive measurable business impact</strong>, strong adoption across teams, and the development of <strong>scalable, reusable capabilities embedded into CoreTrust operations</strong>.</p>
<p>You will leverage tools like <strong>Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Studio, Snowflake, dbt, and workflow orchestration platforms</strong> to build solutions that integrate seamlessly into our operations and drive enterprise-wide adoption.</p>

<p><strong>Design and deploy AI-powered solutions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Studio</li>
<li>Deliver production-ready applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and automation tools</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Translate business needs into scalable solutions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases</li>
<li>Focus on solutions that drive measurable ROI and operational efficiency</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Integrate AI into the enterprise ecosystem</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Connect AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake</li>
<li>Develop and manage data transformations using dbt</li>
<li>Embed AI capabilities into internal tools and applications via APIs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Automate and optimize workflows</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and orchestrate workflows using tools such as n8n or similar platforms</li>
<li>Improve process efficiency through intelligent automation</li>
</ul>

<li>Deliver scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions</li>
<li>Track work within agile frameworks using tools like JIRA</li>

<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications</span></strong></h2>
<div>
<p><strong>Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3–7+ years</strong> of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, or software development</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry</strong></li>
<li>Strong experience working with <strong>Snowflake and dbt</strong></li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>Python</strong> and experience building and consuming APIs</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to deliver <strong>production-grade solutions</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience building <strong>AI agents, copilots, or conversational applications</strong></li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>workflow orchestration tools</strong> such as n8n</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>RAG architectures and vector databases</strong></li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>MLOps practices</strong> and production deployment patterns</li>
<li>Relevant <strong>Azure certifications</strong> (AI-102, DP-203, or similar)</li>
</ul>
