We are looking for 2 Senior AI Engineers for 2 different roles.

Location: European Union

Engagement: around 6 months; full-time

Contract type: B2B only

Salary rate: 60–65 USD/hour

Requirements

Common for both roles:

• English working proficiency.

• Experience designing production AI systems end-to-end, from requirements to deployment.
• Ability to independently propose architectures, evaluate tradeoffs, refine requirements with PMs, and drive implementation with limited supervision.
• Real orchestration-framework experience (LangGraph/ LangChain).
• Strong evaluation experience: previous experience in building and maintaining production evaluation frameworks, including creation of golden datasets, offline evaluations, online quality monitoring, and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
• Ability to define evaluation strategies, measure regressions, and make engineering decisions based on evaluation results.
• Production observability for AI: tracing, prompt/output logging, eval pipelines, guardrail and latency metrics (Arize/ Braintrust/ LangSmith).
• MCP/ OpenAI/ A2A/ Amazon Bedrock/ AgentCore.
• Domains: agentic workflows, MCP servers, Skills, retrieval, conversational agents.

Specific for Role 1:

• Deep experience building and running multi-agent systems in production: multi-agent orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, tool and MCP integration, and human-in-the-loop patterns under real latency and cost constraints.
• Comfortable designing orchestration and evaluation approaches, not just implementing within them.

Specific for Role 2:

• Solid knowledge of conversational LLM systems (prompt design, structured outputs, completion logic) and of instrumenting them in production: tracing and span attributes, latency and token monitoring, online evals (deterministic plus LLM-as-judge).
• Strength in structured-output reliability and observability under real latency constraints.
• Plus: experience with voice or real-time agents (STT/TTS, turn detection) and vision-language tasks
