About the role
<h2><strong>As an AI Innovation Executive, you are a core driver of AI-powered workflow transformation within Creator Growth. You will identify high-leverage operational problems, design “human + agent” workflows, and deploy + operate AI agents and automations that increase throughput, reduce errors, and improve reliability across teams. </strong><strong>This is not a pure “genAI content creator” role. It is a systems role that bridges operations, data, and practical AI execution.</strong></h2>

<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>
<h3>1. Workflow Discovery & Prioritization</h3>
<ul>
<li>Audit CG workflows across Channel Development, Commercial/BD, CMS ops, Production, Affiliate, and regional market teams</li>
<li>Build and maintain a prioritized backlog using a simple scoring model (impact × feasibility × data readiness)</li>
<li>Identify opportunities where agents can execute tasks faster, at higher volume, and with more consistency than manual processes</li>

<h3>2. Agent / Automation Design</h3>
<ul>
<li>Map end-to-end processes and define clear human checkpoints (approve/review/exception handling)</li>
<li>Choose the right architecture: automation-first (e.g., n8n/Zapier), LLM agent, or hybrid</li>
<li>Define the human–agent interface at each step: what is autonomous, what is reviewable, and what requires human judgment</li>

<h3>3. Deployment & Operations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and ship automations and agents that connect tools like Sheets/CRM/data sources/APIs</li>
<li>Own prompt/tool configuration, versioning, documentation, and rollout from shadow mode to production</li>
<li>Establish and maintain quality control for agent outputs and workflow reliability</li>
</ul>

<h3>4. Monitoring, QA, and Optimization</h3>
<ul>
<li>Define KPIs (time saved, throughput, accuracy/error rate, business impact proxy)</li>
<li>Maintain workflow reliability through logging, QA gates, and iterative improvements after changes (model updates / process changes)</li>
<li>Produce lightweight health reporting so stakeholders know what is running, how it is performing, and where it needs attention</li>
</ul>

<h3>5. Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with stakeholders to translate pain points into shipped systems</li>
<li>Train users on how to operate with agents (what changed, how to escalate issues, what to trust)</li>
<li>Collaborate with market teams (TH, ID, VN, PH, MY, JP, HK) to adapt workflows to local variations</li>

<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<p>Must have</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 1 year of working experience in digital marketing, creative content, or a technology-driven role. Experience within an advertising or digital agency is preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Communication Arts, Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Science</strong>, or a related field that blends creative communication with technical logic.</li>
<li><strong>Generative AI tools:</strong> Comfortable using generative AI tools to solve business and operational problems (Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, Gemini, etc.)</li>
<li><strong>Prompting & iteration:</strong> Ability to iterate systematically to achieve reliable, high-quality outputs (including structured outputs)</li>
<li><strong>Soft skills:</strong> Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude</li>
<li><strong>Language:</strong> Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken) for effective communication with internal teams and regional partners</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Agentic coding tools:</strong> Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar agentic coding tools</li>
<li><strong>Automation platforms:</strong> n8n, Zapier, Make, Apps Script, or similar</li>
<li><strong>Technical comfort:</strong> APIs, webhooks, basic scripting (Python/JavaScript)</li>
<li><strong>Data skills:</strong> SQL / BigQuery familiarity</li>
<li><strong>Business systems:</strong> CRM (HubSpot preferred), dashboards, spreadsheets</li>
<li><strong>Ops mindset:</strong> Strong process mapping skills and a bias toward shipping working systems over writing proposals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li><strong>30 days:</strong> Top workflow audit + prioritized backlog; 1 pilot running in shadow mode</li>
<li><strong>90 days:</strong> 3–5 workflows in production with measurable time savings / throughput gains</li>
<li><strong>180 days:</strong> Maintained “agent portfolio” with monitoring cadence + clear ROI reporting</li>
