This role is ideal for a seasoned AI professional with deep expertise in machine learning, GenAI technologies, and enterprise-level solution design.</p> <p>This project is with a leading Corporate &amp; Investment Bank where you will act as an <strong>AI Product Owner supporting AI transformation initiatives across Credit Risk. </strong>You will lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise AI strategy.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and drive AI product strategy within Credit Risk, identifying opportunities to enhance underwriting, credit decisioning, and lending processes</li> <li>Lead product discovery, including requirements gathering, use-case prioritisation, and business case development for AI initiatives</li> <li>Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from ideation through to delivery and continuous improvement</li> <li>Act as Product Owner within an agile environment, managing backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking</li> <li>Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and platform teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutionsner supporting AI transformation initiatives across Credit Risk</li> <li>Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for AI/ML use cases&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure alignment with AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory frameworks specific to Credit Risk</li> <li>Engage with stakeholders across Credit Risk, lending, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–8+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or AI/data transformation roles</li> <li>Strong domain expertise in Credit Risk, lending, underwriting, or credit decisioning processes</li> <li>Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within AI, data, or digital transformation programmes</li> <li>Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring</li> <li>Experience working on AI use cases within risk or lending domains (e.g. credit scoring, risk modelling, decision engines)</li> <li>Familiarity with Generative AI and its application within financial services is advantageous</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business and risk stakeholders </li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>We are expanding our business rapidly across Hong Kong and Asia.
