This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data &amp; analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.</p> <p>This project is with a leading Corporate &amp; Investment Bank as a <strong>Project Manager for AI transformation</strong><strong>.</strong> You will support the design and delivery of the LLM-based productivity tool.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Act as the point of coordination between Group AI and various Business Units</li> <li>Support delivery of a multi-year strategic AI transformation programme</li> <li>Coordinate the transition of existing AI use cases (pilot and production) across a two-phase migration:</li> <li>Switching endpoints to the Group AI platform</li> <li>Aligning platform capabilities with Business Unit requirements</li> <li>Conduct analysis of capability gaps and support the development of phased transition plans</li> <li>Track, monitor, and report on migration progress, risks, and dependencies</li> <li>Provide regular management reporting and updates to senior stakeholders</li> <li>Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, engaging up to Managing Director level</li> <li>Oversee programme progress and ensure deliverables&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>SKILLS &amp; EXPERTISE</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least<strong> 5 years of experience in financial services</strong>, consulting, or AI/data-related transformation programmes&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Strong project management experience in large-scale transformation</strong> or technology programmes</li> <li> <div>Strong understanding of <strong>AI concepts, including machine learning, Generative AI,</strong> and enterprise AI platforms</div> </li> <li> <div>Familiarity with AI project lifecycles, including pilot, production, and platform integration stages&nbsp;</div> </li> <li>Proven stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong analytical capability, including gap analysis and solution planning</li> <li> <div>Understanding of AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations within financial services is a plus&nbsp;</div> </li> <li>Experience in management reporting, tracking programme progress, risks, and performance&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-starter with strong organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
