Join AnyMind Group as an AI Sales Enablement Intern and bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM architecture and high-impact commercial strategy. Working directly with sales leadership, you will identify operational bottlenecks and deploy AI-driven solutions that significantly accelerate our regional sales cycle.</strong></h2>
<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Identify operational bottlenecks within the sales process and develop custom, AI-driven automation chains to resolve them.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage and optimize regional digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, social, and mobile platforms to ensure client KPIs are achieved.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Perform deep-dive data analysis to generate weekly and ad-hoc reports featuring meaningful audience and brand insights for strategic clients.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with cross-functional Sales, Creative, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot pacing issues and fortify client pitches with technical innovation.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and execute media plans and tactical solutions based on specific client success metrics and desired campaign results.</li>

<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">A Sales-Tech Hybrid with a "figure-it-out" mindset, capable of mastering new AI tools and libraries independently and rapidly.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient in prompt engineering and technical literacy, with experience connecting AI APIs to build multi-step automation.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Skilled in Python, SQL, and AI-augmented coding environments like Cursor.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">An expert storyteller who can translate raw datasets into persuasive, executive-ready commercial narratives.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Possess "Radical Curiosity" and a "Bias for Action"—you prioritize high-impact functional tools over theoretical perfection.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Currently based in Singapore and able to commit to a full-time internship for 3–6 months without sponsorship.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Nice To Have</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience managing programmatic RTB or regional LinkedIn advertising campaigns.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with building data-driven sales workflows in a fast-paced IT or startup environment.</li>
