<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are entering a massive wave of demand for Agentic Copilot Platforms (ACP) and Unified Copilot Platforms (UCP) in the regional e-commerce sector. We need a hybrid technical sales professional who can own this service. You will act as the technical bridge between our AI product offerings and our e-commerce clients.</p> <p>Your primary mission is to take the burden of "vibe coding" and prototyping off the executive team. You will build rapid, high-impact Proof of Concepts (PoCs)—like RAG pipelines, custom chatbots, and autonomous agents—and then present these solutions to non-technical stakeholders to close high-value custom engagements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Rapid Prototyping &amp; Demos:</strong> Build quick, functional PoCs (chatbots, AI agents, RAG pipelines) tailored to specific e-commerce client use cases to drive the sales process.</li> <li><strong>Technical Pre-Sales:</strong> Act as the technical expert in client meetings. Translate complex AI capabilities and e-commerce data flows into clear, compelling business value for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Marketing Directors, E-commerce VPs).</li> <li><strong>ACP/UCP Deployment:</strong> Own the deployment and implementation strategy for quick-turnaround Agentic/Unified Copilot solutions for our regional clients.</li> <li><strong>API &amp; System Integration:</strong> Design workflows connecting top-tier LLMs with client e-commerce data streams (e.g., Shopify, CRMs, product catalogs).</li> <li><strong>Client Advisory:</strong> Advise regulated and FMCG e-commerce brands on how to leverage AI safely and effectively within their existing cloud and data architectures.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Programming &amp; APIs:</strong> Strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience integrating major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).</li> <li><strong>AI Frameworks:</strong> Working familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.</li> <li><strong>E-commerce Data Fluency:</strong> Understanding of the e-commerce tech stack (Shopify, CDPs, analytics) and how to structure product/customer data for AI consumption.</li> <li><strong>Cloud Basics:</strong> Exposure to foundational cloud services across AWS, GCP, or Azure (knowing how to deploy and host a basic PoC).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business &amp; Soft Skill Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a client-facing data science role.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional ability to present highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li> <li><strong>Language:</strong> High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for client-facing work and technical documentation, alongside fluent Thai.</li> <li><strong>Hustle:</strong> A builder’s mindset. You are comfortable moving fast, experimenting with new AI models as they drop, and doing whatever it takes to get a demo working before a big pitch.</li> </ul>
