The Role

We are hiring AI Strategy Managers to lead AI transformation initiatives across our most strategic customers and help build this function from the ground up.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, operations, customer partnership, analytics, and product strategy. You will work directly with owners, operators, and executive teams to identify how AI can create leverage across their organizations, not just through technology adoption, but through changes to workflows, team structures, incentives, and performance management.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams, helping them answer critical questions:

  • How should roles evolve as AI takes on more operational work?

  • Which processes should be redesigned to maximize AI effectiveness?

  • What metrics should teams track in an AI-enabled organization?

  • Where are the highest-impact opportunities to deploy AI next?

  • How do we measure and continuously improve AI-driven business outcomes?

You'll help customers realize measurable operational and financial impact while shaping Broccoli's approach to AI transformation at scale.

The insights you generate from working closely with customers will directly influence Broccoli's product roadmap, expansion strategy, and vision for how AI transforms the home services industry.

This role will involve occasional travel to customer locations to support deployments, facilitate transformation workshops, and build executive relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Lead AI transformation programs for strategic customers, partnering with executive teams to redesign workflows, operating models, and team structures around AI.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, guiding conversations around organizational change, AI adoption, operational excellence, and long-term strategy.

  • Build executive-level reporting frameworks that measure AI impact across productivity, revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze customer performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend best practices that maximize AI adoption and ROI.

  • Develop expansion strategies by uncovering new workflows, teams, and business functions where AI can drive meaningful value.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape Broccoli's roadmap, serving as the voice of the customer and identifying emerging AI use cases across the industry.

  • Create the playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that define how Broccoli delivers AI transformation for enterprise customers.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-8+ years in consulting (MBB, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) with experience leading transformation initiatives and presenting to executive stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic and operational problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience driving organizational change, process redesign, or technology transformation programs.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills and confidence operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience working with operational and financial metrics to quantify business impact.

  • High ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives from strategy through execution and measurable outcomes.

  • An AI-native mindset. You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work, are excited to experiment with new models and workflows, and have strong intuition for how AI can transform how organizations operate.

  • Excited to work in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco.
