About the Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and experienced AINs to join the care team at a new, boutique style aged care residence offering luxury living, exceptional service, and breathtaking rooftop views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Multiple permanent full-time and part-time positions are available.

Your Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care alongside the Clinical Care Team and Registered Nurses
- Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, and personal needs
- Deliver care in alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
- Maintain residents’ dignity, rights, safety, and confidentiality
- Contribute to a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment

Skills & Experience
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care OR currently studying Nursing with a completed Aged Care placement
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Full working rights
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting older adults
- Current National Police Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations as required by legislation and industry standards
