About the role
- Alarm Service Technician (High-End Resi)
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
- 200 West Church Road, King of Prussia PA 19406
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)

Your Contribution to JM Resources:
- Service & Troubleshoot Security Systems (Resi + Light Commercial)
- Panels: Hardwired experience required (Wireless only is not enough)
- Read & Interpret Plan Sets/Blueprints
- System Activations & Upgrades
- Systems: Honeywell Vista, DSC Powerseries, Qosys & Alarm.com
- Programming is preferred
- Environmental: Operate in non-climate controlled environments
- Collaborate: Work with Sales & Design on systems as needed
JM Resources' Contribution to You:
- Pay: $25-$37/hr based on skills!
- Healthcare: $3000 contribution
- Paid Holidays: 6 Days/yr
- PTO: 13 after Yr1, 14 after Yr2, 15 after Yr3
