You do not need to have a financial background; we will teach you all you need to know. You will solve problems, create new tools, and/or design new strategies. If you have 1-3 years of experience coding, excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in learning algorithmic and quantitative trading you might be a good candidate for this role. Having trading knowledge or experience isn’t required for the role, but a genuine interest in learning algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading is helpful.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Trade a wide range of financial instruments.</li> <li>Develop, maintain and improve trading strategies and algorithms.
