About the role
_We are Japanese/Chinese restaurant Senso Grill & Sushi. Senso literally means "feeling,_
_manner, and meaning." By Senso, tasting and experiencing new and classic dishes is_
_central. Meat and fish lovers can find a wide selection of over 100 dishes. Our menu is_
_very varied. Think of sushi, sahimi, and teppanyaki dishes, all of which are, of course,_
_incredibly fresh. We are also looking for an Independent working Chef I for our_
_restaurant._
Tasks
_Your responsibilities:_
_• Ingredients are prepared in-house;_
_• Applying basic cooking techniques;_
_• Providing input on the composition and modification of menus, menus, and_
_methods. • Responsible for inventory and order management, such as_
_maintaining stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries;_
_• Professionally coordinating and directing (assistant) cooks and kitchen staff._
Requirements
_Knowledge and experience_
_• You work with conviction and are willing to take responsibility;_
_• MBO-3 work and thinking level;_
_• No work experience is required._
