<p>Founded in 2002, Futures is a technology business that brings unique, proprietary software and insights to the global sports and entertainment industries. We consult to blue-chip clients from the world's most famous rights holders, teams and sponsors, advising on how they should optimize their investments for increased return.</p>
<p>From top NFL teams to Major League Baseball to global sport's governing bodies and Fortune 500 companies, we work with some of the world's most prominent and powerful sports and entertainment players, and our projects have stretched to all corners of the globe.</p>
<p>We are looking for an Analyst to play a meaningful role in the U.S., interfacing directly with internal and external clients. As part of a relatively small team, there is opportunity to influence and grow within the team from day 1.</p>
<p>As an Analyst, you will take ownership of client work and contribute to business development efforts, bringing analytical rigor and strategic thinking to complex problems across the sports and entertainment landscape. Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading and contributing to projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality client outputs, on-time and on-budget</li>
<li>Managing expectations of clients and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Presenting reports, recommendations, and the business implications with clients</li>
</ul>

<li>Someone who enjoys managing multiple projects with challenging deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>A self-starter who has meticulous attention to detail</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-3 years of relevant research, data analysis and/or media planning experience</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (including coursework in fields such as computer science, math, economics, business, statistics, science or engineering)</li>
<li>Excellent numeric communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA and SQL experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages a plus</li>
<li>Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. large language models, automation platforms) to enhance analytical workflows and enrich data-driven narratives a plus</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate complex data into easily understandable business insights</li>
<li>Analytical background with knowledge of sports and/or media business landscape desirable</li>
</ul>
