<p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">The Senior Analyst – Collections is responsible for driving effective receivables management, improving cash flow performance, and minimizing overdue debt across a global customer portfolio. The role serves as a key partner to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely collections and resolution of disputes. Working within the Order-to-Cash function, the incumbent manages complex accounts, supports risk mitigation, and provides actionable insights through data analysis. The position plays a critical role in enhancing customer relationships while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance. The analyst is also expected to lead process improvement and automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency. As a senior team member, the role contributes to finance transformation programs and supports best practices across the collections function.</span></p>

<li data-section-id="82uuum" data-start="1306" data-end="1484"><strong data-start="1309" data-end="1341">SAP & Analytical Proficiency</strong><br data-start="1341" data-end="1344">Hands-on experience with SAP FI-AR/FSCM, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to analyze financial data to drive collection strategies.</li>
<li data-section-id="az1vs9" data-start="1486" data-end="1702"><strong data-start="1489" data-end="1536">Stakeholder Management & Negotiation Skills</strong><br data-start="1536" data-end="1539">Ability to influence customers and collaborate effectively with Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve issues and accelerate collections.</li>
<li data-section-id="1o9obzp" data-start="1704" data-end="1907"><strong data-start="1707" data-end="1758">Continuous Improvement & Transformation Mindset</strong><br data-start="1758" data-end="1761">Proven experience identifying process improvement opportunities, driving automation, and supporting SAP-led finance transformation initiatives.</li>
<li data-section-id="h1fhma" data-start="1909" data-end="2107"><strong data-start="1912" data-end="1949">Ownership & Leadership Capability</strong><br data-start="1949" data-end="1952">Demonstrates accountability for portfolio performance, manages escalations independently, and supports mentoring and development of junior team members.</li>
