Your Role:

 

Accurate, timely cash collection is the engine that keeps business moving — and in this role, you will be at the heart of it. As a Cash Collections Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of accounts receivable for the US and Canada region, contacting customers to resolve outstanding balances, investigating the root causes of delayed payments, and working cross-functionally with sales, credit control, and distribution teams to ensure collections are completed on time. You will analyse payment trends to forecast monthly collections, oversee cash application and deduction management, and represent the organisation with professionalism in every customer interaction. This is a role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical mindset will directly contribute to the financial health of the business.

 

Who You Are:

 

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in accounting or finance is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
• You bring up to 2 years of experience in credit and collections or accounts receivable within a corporate environment.
• You are comfortable managing a complex customer portfolio with a high volume of transactions and can prioritise effectively to meet service level and key performance targets.
• You have strong analytical skills and can assess payment trends to produce accurate monthly collection forecasts.
• You communicate confidently and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders, including sales, credit control, and distribution teams.
• You are proficient in working with accounting or enterprise resource planning systems to review account status and process transactions.
• You are a collaborative team player who is ready to support colleagues and step in as needed to ensure continuity of service.
