Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality &control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partnersthrough our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Perform deposit and withdrawal of physical securities into Vault.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of certificate/Notes in Vault.
- Coordinate and arrange logistic for CDP quarterly and annual scrip count.
- Perform and monitor vault administration such as setting of time lock and bi-annual lock maintenance from vendor.
- Coordinate the user access set-up of external service provider applications.
- Coordinate users access review such as SharePoint user access, DOA review and authorised personnel access into the vault.
Requirements
- Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant banking experience in Custody Services.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power-point).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
