<p><strong>Analyst, Global FP&amp;A</strong></p> <p>R/GA is seeking a technically-adept and detail-obsessed Analyst to join our Global FP&amp;A team and drive best-in-class reporting in a very fast paced dynamic environment. As Analyst, Global FP&amp;A, you will help navigate the financial complexities of a multinational creative agency, translating financial data into strategic insights that drive business performance. You will serve as a key analytical link between market finance teams and global leadership, ensuring that our financial narratives are accurate, timely, and actionable.</p> <p><strong>On any given day you might:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Global Consolidation: </strong>Lead monthly forecasting process by consolidating and analyzing revenue and P&amp;L forecasts from global offices</li> <li><strong>Foster Global Collaboration</strong>: Partner with regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency and alignment to global standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Pressure-test Forecast Risks: </strong>Analyze revenue risk profile data to assess the reasonability of revenue forecast</li> <li><strong>Uncover Performance Variances:</strong> Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts, identifying key drivers of over/under performance</li> <li><strong>Optimize Reporting: </strong>Maintain internal dashboards and key external reportings to deliver quality analysis and insights at speed.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Champion Continuous Improvements</strong>: Advance the adoption of AI to streamline workflows, minimize manual entry while maximizing data integrity.</li> <li><strong>Empower Executive Decisions: </strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Prepare reports for executive leadership to support decision making</li> <li><strong>Solve Ad-Hoc Challenges: </strong>Provide support to Global FP&amp;A and wider finance and operations teams on ad hoc projects and analysis.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>The ideal person</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in English is required</li> <li>Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and diligent proofing skills</li> <li>Able to handle vast amounts of detailed information and simplify large sets of data</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li> <li>A problem solver who can anticipate issues and find solutions to address problems</li> <li>Experience with an integrated financial system, <strong>NetSuite</strong> is a plus</li> <li>Self-Motivated individual who likes challenges and can work well with others</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>You bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-5 years related experience, preferably in the advertising or other service industry</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required</li> </ul>
