Drafting the SOP, Policies and BCP plan of the&nbsp;organization as per the requirement and guidelines provided by Global and Regional Office.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Work location: Vikhroli, Mumbai</strong></p> <p><strong>Shift: General Hours (9 AM to 6 PM)</strong></p> <p><strong>Working: 5 days</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <p>Internal Audit Planning, Execution, Review and Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Preparing audit plan, process understanding, execution and testing of&nbsp;SOX&nbsp;404 controls for various entities in FinancePlus.</li> <li>Understanding the Guidelines and framing the control description of each control with respect to the above-mentioned process.</li> <li>Drafting the SOP, Policies and BCP plan of the organization as per the requirement and guidelines provided by Global and Regional Office.</li> <li>Assessment of risks and identification of the control / process gaps in the current system and process performed.</li> <li>Conducting brainstorming sessions to train and aware employees with respect to all the&nbsp;SOX&nbsp;related controls and TOM (Target Operating Module) for each process that they are handling.</li> <li>While execution of the audit various methods like Stratified Sampling, ABC analysis, Random. Closer of deficiencies in GRC tool with enclosure to relevant supporting documents and explanation.</li> <li>Preparation of SOX Split matrix which states the responsibility of work performed by FinancePlus&nbsp;and other OPCOs which needs to be aligned with the Global Guidelines and TOM process.</li> <li>Review of the work performed by subordinates and colleagues.</li> <li>Preparing the Audit report and highlight all the gaps, audit findings and controls that are not performed effectively by process owners to the Head of Department and Top-Level Management.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6-10years of experiencing in Internal Audit</li> <li>Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and governance framework</li> <li>Strong knowledge of accounting &amp; Finance processes.</li> <li>Strong communication skills for negotiation &amp; reconciliation</li> <li>Self-motivated</li> <li>Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach</li> <li>Calm under pressure</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>You're open<em>:</em> </strong>We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
