About the role
Job Task
- Develop various applications to automate business processes and enhance operational excellence within call center operations and analytics.
- Assist in the study, design, implementation, testing, and rollout of diverse programs.
- Explore innovative solutions to address a range of business use cases
- Review existing processes and recommend program developments to facilitate improvements in business operations.
- Provide ongoing user support for applications and their functionalities
The Person
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 3+ year relevant IT experience, with solid knowledge in application development, system analysis & design, implement, maintenance or technical support
- In-depth knowledge on Power Platform, especially in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint List and Office Scripts) Type Script, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS
- Proficiency in VBA and Excel Operations (Table, Formula, Number Formatting)
- Applicants with RPA development experiences has an added advantage
- Knowledgeable in web application development
- Familiar with system development life cycle.
- Independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Systematic, Good analytical and problem solving skills.
