What You Will Do
- Help providers ramp with confidence: Build and refine new-hire ramp models that show what “on track” looks like and when extra support and mentoring might help.
- Spot growth patterns early: Track provider progression over time to understand how development unfolds and where training can have the biggest impact.
- Make performance data useful: Create clear diagnostics that help leaders understand what’s driving results and where to focus next.
- Show how learning pays off: Measure training and LMS impact so development efforts connect clearly to outcomes and business health.
- Support clinics with clear game plans: Deliver simple, clinic-level business plan packages for clinic leaders to have a road map.
- Build leader skills at scale: Partner with Learning & Development to shape training and development curriculum that strengthens business know-how and helps new leaders get up to speed faster.
- Model fair, competitive, and sustainable compensation: Develop and test compensation scenarios that balance productivity, growth, and long-term sustainability.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent work experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience with success in analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Advanced Excel; comfort with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced AI skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Remote position with travel required
