If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>We are hiring a <span class="textBold">Senior Analyst – PO Desk</span> to support procurement operations through the accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and management of Purchase Orders in <span class="textBold">NetSuite</span>.</p> <p>This role sits at the center of day-to-day purchasing activity, partnering closely with <span class="textBold">business teams, procurement, finance, and accounts payable</span> to ensure purchase requests are processed efficiently and in line with internal policies. You will act as a key coordination point for PO creation, updates, approvals, and status tracking while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and service.</p> <p>This is an important role for keeping procurement operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly support process compliance, operational efficiency, and stronger cross-functional execution, while also contributing to process improvement and standardization across PO desk operations.</p> <h2>What you'll be doing</h2> <ul> <li value="1"><span class="textBold">Create</span> Purchase Orders in <span class="textBold">NetSuite</span> based on approved purchase requests.</li> <li value="2"><span class="textBold">Review</span> incoming requests to ensure all required details are complete before processing.</li> <li value="3"><span class="textBold">Process</span> POs accurately and on time to support efficient procurement operations.</li> <li value="4"><span class="textBold">Update</span> existing POs when changes are needed, including quantities, pricing, or delivery timelines.</li> <li value="5"><span class="textBold">Validate</span> vendor information, pricing, quantities, coding, and supporting documentation.</li> <li value="6"><span class="textBold">Ensure</span> each request aligns with internal procurement policies and compliance standards.</li> <li value="7"><span class="textBold">Maintain</span> high levels of data accuracy and record integrity within the <span class="textBold">NetSuite</span> system.</li> <li value="8"><span class="textBold">Serve</span> as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on PO creation, updates, and status tracking.</li> <li value="9"><span class="textBold">Coordinate</span> with procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to resolve PO-related discrepancies.</li> <li value="10"><span class="textBold">Communicate</span> clearly across teams to keep requests moving and issues addressed quickly.</li> <li value="11"><span class="textBold">Monitor</span> PO approval workflows and follow up with approvers to keep processing on track.</li> <li value="12"><span class="textBold">Track</span> PO desk activity including volume, turnaround time, and pending requests.</li> <li value="13"><span class="textBold">Report</span> processing metrics to support visibility into operational performance.</li> <li value="14"><span class="textBold">Prioritize</span> workload effectively as business needs shift and deadlines change.</li> <li value="15"><span class="textBold">Support</span> process improvement initiatives related to PO desk operations.</li> <li value="16"><span class="textBold">Contribute</span> to standardization efforts that improve consistency and efficiency.</li> <li value="17"><span class="textBold">Adapt</span> to changing priorities and stretch beyond routine tasks when required.</li> </ul> <h2>About You</h2> <ul> <li value="1"><span class="textBold">3–5 years of experience</span> in procurement operations, purchase order processing, or procure-to-pay (<span class="textBold">P2P</span>) environments.</li> <li value="2"><span class="textBold">Bachelor’s degree</span> in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li> <li value="3">Hands-on experience with <span class="textBold">NetSuite ERP</span>, especially purchase order creation and procurement modules.</li> <li value="4">Strong attention to detail with a focus on <span class="textBold">data accuracy</span> and <span class="textBold">process compliance</span>.</li> <li value="5">Ability to validate vendor details, pricing, quantities, coding, and supporting documentation accurately.</li> <li value="6">Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li value="7">Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating across business, procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams.</li> <li value="8">Ability to work in a <span class="textBold">fast-paced</span>, dynamic environment while maintaining high service standards.</li> <li value="9">Flexibility to adapt to shifting business priorities and support work beyond routine tasks when needed.</li> </ul> <h2>What we can offer you</h2> <p>At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
