This role focuses on conducting literature searches, screening studies, extracting data, and supporting evidence synthesis activities. The Analyst works closely with project teams and senior researchers to deliver high-quality literature review outputs that support healthcare and life sciences decision-making.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Here's what you'll be doing:</span></h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Support the design and development of systematic review protocols and research frameworks.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Conduct literature searches across databases such as PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Perform systematic and targeted literature reviews to support evidence generation projects.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Screen abstracts and full-text articles based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Extract and organize clinical, epidemiological, economic, and humanistic outcomes data from published studies.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Conduct quality assessment and critical appraisal of identified literature.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Support evidence synthesis, analysis, and reporting activities.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, manuscripts, posters, and publications.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client discussions as required.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Maintain organized documentation and reference libraries using tools such as EndNote or Reference Manager.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Here's what you'll need:</span></h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• 1–2 years of experience conducting systematic literature reviews, targeted literature reviews, or healthcare research.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Understanding of systematic review methodologies and evidence synthesis techniques.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Familiarity with literature databases including PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Experience with EndNote, Reference Manager, or similar citation management tools.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Knowledge of data extraction and quality assessment methodologies.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• Experience authoring manuscripts, publications, posters, or conference presentations is preferred.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Typical Experience</span></h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• 0–2 years of experience in Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), healthcare research, or evidence synthesis.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• PhD candidates with relevant academic SLR experience may be considered.</span></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">• For B.Pharm/M.Pharm candidates, 1–2 years of experience in literature reviews within HEOR or healthcare research is preferred.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Our Pledge</span></h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At Inizio, we value inclusivity, recognize the power of diversity, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
