Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients for their trade finance and cash management needs
• Process and manage trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Identify and address client concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of trade servicing processes and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a trade finance or cash management role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant trade finance and banking systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
