In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process loan applications for the Institutional Banking Group (IBG) portfolio
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations to ensure the creditworthiness of loan applicants
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify relevant financial and operational data
• Prepare comprehensive loan documentation and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and report on the performance of the loan portfolio, identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the loan application and approval process
• Continuously stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in loan operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in loan operations or credit analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
